Returns:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If using FloorWise Installation Services, products may be returned to the business for credit with no restocking fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packing. Installed product may not be exchanged or returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

Installation:

Installation of flooring, flooring related materials and accessory items, as shown in sales invoices, may be provided directly by FloorWise or through third-party partners. Installation services include installation of Product, including accessory items, as shown in sales invoices and corresponding design plans and may, upon Customer request and when set out in sales invoice, include removal of existing similar product (Demo). Installation and Demo services DO NOT include any additional site-specific services necessary and directly related to installation or demo, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, wall repair including drywall, floor flattening, install of moldings or trim not purchased through FloorWise, any other structural needs, paintings, disposal of removed products, etc. FloorWise installers are not authorized to perform any such additional site-specific services, and FloorWise is not responsible for such non-authorized additional site-specific services that may be provided by any installer at the request of the Customer. Product removed during Demo may be damaged during the Demo process. The condition of product removed during Demo is not guaranteed and removed product may not be suitable for reuse. Installation of products not purchased through FloorWise is not included. Installer will leave job site in broom-clean condition. Installation of flooring, and related products sold by FloorWise will require a construction process and residual dust should be expected. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to drape or cover areas to help contain the dust to the construction area, and/or to include covering HVAC intake/venting or turning the system off. After completion of the Installation Services, the customer who executed the sales order MUST be present to inspect the countertop or installation An installation customer approval form will be required to be signed, confirming satisfaction with the quality, fit and damage-free installation. FloorWise reserves the right to inspect reported claims of defective product and/or installation services utilizing Third Party Inspection firms.
